Drysuits
are the best way to enjoy safe and
warm outdoor cold water activity.
With advances in technical clothing
properties, and resultant decrease
in manufacturing costs, it has
become very affordable for the
prudent outdoor participant to wear
the best in protective clothing.
The most comfortable drysuits
will allow moisture generated within
the suit to escape through the
fabric, helping to keep the wearer
dry and warm. This breath-ability
will vary with the type of fabric
and construction characteristics.
Some fabrics are "coated" to achieve
water repellency and breath-ability.
Others are composed of multiple
bonded layers. Generally speaking, the
multiple layer bonded materials are
superior to coated materials.
Next to skin and subsequent
layers need to transport moisture and remain dry. Polypro is a must.
Chose prudently, your
comfort and ultimately your life may
depend upon the integrity of your

Twin Sensor
4-layer waterproof/breathable
New 4-layer Twin Sensor waterproof/breathable fabric combines both hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties, providing the best performance in waterproofness and breathability.
Outer shell fabric is coated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish to prevent wetting out, improving breathability.
Hydrophobic micro-porous coating does not allow water to pass through, but does allow moisture vapor to pass through and escape.
Hydrophilic laminate absorbs & transports moisture vapor away from the body, helping to increase breathability, and through to the micro-porous coating.
The bi-component nature of the fabric offers the most effective waterproof/breathable technology for inclement weather.
